Carles Pérez awaits Roma to allow him to travel to Vigo

As reported by Marca, Carles Pérez is waiting for Roma to give him the green light to travel to Vigo today so that he could complete his move to Os Celestes as soon as possible.

In July it was communicated that the 24-year-old Roma player expressed his desire to transfer to Celta Vigo and the two clubs have been negotiating to arrive at an agreement.

Pérez would like to go to Vigo as soon as possible so that he can train with the team and increase his chances of being picked by Eduardo Coudet to play in their first game of the season against Espanyol.

Multiple teams have submitted offers that are better than Celta Vigo’s, but Roma appear to be respecting Pérez’s wishes to play for the Galician outfit.

The good relationship between José Mourinho and Coudet could help push the deal over the line that could make Pérez become a Celta Vigo player by next week.
