The denial issued by the agent of Bayern Munich star Alphonso Davies regarding an alleged agreement with La Liga giants Real Madrid has this evening been rejected.
This comes amid claims that, despite Nedal Huoseh’s latest statement, the defender is indeed all set to join Carlo Ancelotti’s Blancos.
Davies’ representative turned heads across Spain earlier today.
This came after he moved to vehemently deny the reports spreading across the media over recent days, pointing towards a verbal agreement being put in place with a view to a free transfer to Real Madrid next summer.
“That’s not true, it’s a lie,” Huoseh assured Fabrizio Romano, as cited by Mundo Deportivo.
As alluded to above, though, mere hours on, the denial has in turn been denied…
As per a report from Marca:
‘The hard-earned signing of Davies [is complete], with a closed agreement, something that the agent denies because he can’t do anything else.’
