Brahim Díaz playing through the pain to aid Real Madrid’s silverware hunt

A high-profile member of Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid squad is playing through the pain barrier, to ensure his continued contribution to the club’s ongoing pursuit of silverware.

That’s according to El Chiringuito TV, who have revealed that Brahim Díaz is nursing a long-term injury.

Midfielder Díaz has of course emerged as something of a central protagonist on the white half of Madrid of late, with his latest starring role having come just last night, against Atlético.

And yet, in an ideal world, the former Milan standout would likely have gone under the knife by now.

This comes with Díaz suffering with a shoulder injury, picked up over the early weeks of the campaign.

AS per El Chiringuito, the 24-year-old is ‘forcing’ himself onto the pitch on a weekly basis, with his shoulder complaint now at the point of being a ‘bad’ one.

Nevertheless, the Real coaching staff do not appear to be at all inclined towards sanctioning surgery for Díaz, with the diminutive attacker growing ever further into his role in Carlo Ancelotti’s ranks.
