Speaking to the Galician Football Federation, Real Betis striker Borja Iglesias admitted that leaving Celta Vigo was the right move for him.
“I was very angry around the time of leaving the club, at just how everything went. However, I’m now very grateful for how everything has turned out – it made me the player I am today. It was the best decision of my career.”
The 27-year-old has made 24 league appearance for Betis this season, scoring three goals.
