Jude Bellingham, Luka Modrić & Arda Güler – Real Madrid injury latest ahead of Real Betis clash

Updates on the wellbeing of a number of Real Madrid stars have been provided this afternoon.

Los Blancos’ players are of course currently being put through their paces, ahead of a return to action this Saturday, December 9th.

After maintaining their spot atop the La Liga table courtesy of a 2-0 downing of Granada this past weekend, Carlo Ancelotti’s troops will now turn their attentions towards a tricky trip to Real Betis.

Amid something of an injury crisis at present, the capital giants will be hopeful of having as many of the club’s key performers as possible fit and available to feature from the off at the Estadio Benito Villamarín.

And, as alluded to above, this evening, updates on the fitness of three such players have been forthcoming.

As confirmed by COPE, Jude Bellingham trained separately from the rest of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad once more. The England international, though, is nevertheless expected to be ready to face Betis.

Midfield partner Luka Modrić, on the other hand, today marked his return to group training.

Last up, summer arrival Arda Güler, yet to manage his debut in Real colours owing to a string of injury problems, was put through his paces on the pitch, as part of an individualised session.
