The home crowd in attendance at Barcelona’s meeting with Bayern Munich on Wednesday made use of the opportunity to make their appreciation for winger Raphinha very much known.

Barcelona are fresh off an evening to remember on the continent.
After welcoming the aforementioned Bayern to Catalunya’s capital for a Champions League clash, Hansi Flick’s troops made short work of the German heavyweights, to the tune of a 4-1 triumph.
A whole host of the Blaugrana’s stars shone bright en route to as much, from Pedri to Marc Casadó and Lamine Yamal.
As alluded to above, though, the undisputed star of the show came in the form of wide-man Raphinha.
The former Leeds United man lit up Montjuïc this evening, notching a world-class hat-trick on his way to deserved Man of the Match honours.
Upon his number flashing across the fourth official’s board, indicating the end of Raphinha’s work for the evening, those in attendance in Catalunya therefore made sure to provide the kind of reception which their side’s attacker had earned.
