Ansu Fati has had a difficult time of his career at Barcelona so far, having made only four appearances this season and accumulating just 125 minutes on the field, he is set to be left on the sidelines for a period once again.
This is after the club’s social media announced that Fati has been hit by a fresh injury in training, affecting his right hamstring and that he will be out of action for approximately four weeks.
This news comes following the foot injury which has kept him out for the majority of this season already, having affected the 22-year-old between July and September.
This isn’t Fati’s first experience with hamstring injury either, as the young star spent over four months out of action with hamstring problems back between November 2021 and March 2022.
Hopefully, the young man’s injuries are less severe this time around, and he can quickly get on the road to recovery and start to think about getting more playing time under his belt.
It is certainly a rotten streak of luck which has seen Ansu Fati get hit by injury at the most unfortunate of times in the last few years, so Barça fans will be hoping he can make a recovery as quickly as possible.
