Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has this week provided an insight into his current fitness levels.
This of course comes fresh off youngster Lamine’s return to starting duties in Hansi Flick’s ranks.
Barcelona are fresh off a dominant return to winning ways on Tuesday night, which saw all of Ferran Torres, Raphinha (2), Frenkie de Jong and Pau Víctor find the net en route to a 5-1 drubbing of RCD Mallorca.
Lamine, despite not getting on the scoresheet, played a leading role, winning a penalty, laying on an assist, and creating the opening for the visitors’ 5th at Son Moix.
After securing just one point from an available nine without their prodigious young winger in the club’s XI over recent weeks, as much marked a welcome relief for all of a Blaugrana persuasion.
Such fans, in turn, will no doubt be eager to hear of Lamine providing an update on his wellbeing.
After several weeks on the sidelines with an ankle injury, the 17-year-old assured post-match at Son Moix on Tuesday night that:
“I feel good. My ankle is 100% okay now, I’m ready to help.”
