Barcelona star Lamine Yamal on Saturday evening set about proving Blaugrana icon Neymar Jr. very much correct, during his latest appearance.
This comes fresh off the latter labelling Lamine the ‘best player in the world’ on social media late on Friday night.
Barcelona are of course currently locked in action on the domestic front, having made the trip to Seville for a La Liga meeting with Manuel Pellegrini’s high-flying Real Betis.
The aforementioned Lamine was afforded his latest starting berth for the evening, from his customary berth on the right flank.
And inside the opening 10 minutes of play, the Spanish international was busy making the difference once again, in a fashion only he can.
Opening up space courtesy of a clever piece of footwork on the edge of the Betis penalty area, Lamine went on to bend a stunning left-footed effort into the far top corner.
Even Lamine’s biggest detractors would find it hard to argue with Neymar’s judgement at this moment in time…
