A series of changes to the latest Spanish national team squad have on Sunday evening been announced.
As much comes after Luis de la Fuente saw another of his trusted performers forced to pull out of the country’s upcoming meetings with Denmark and Serbia.
After Real Madrid star Dani Carvajal picked up a serious injury on Saturday night, Barcelona’s Ferran Torres was too condemned to a spell on the sidelines earlier today.
The former Manchester City man picked up what is understood to be a hamstring issue, en route to Barca’s 3-0 win over Deportivo Alavés.
His withdrawal from the Spanish camp, in turn, has already been made official.
And replacing Ferran in La Roja’s setup will be another pair of La Liga wingers, in the form of Bryan Zaragoza, and Bryan Gil.
As per a statement across the website and social media platforms of the RFEF:
‘Luis de la Fuente has called up two new international players: Bryan Zaragoza, from CA Osasuna, and Bryan Gil, from Girona FC, who will join the training camp at the Ciudad del Fútbol in Las Rozas tomorrow, Monday 7 October.’
