Barcelona reject Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho swap idea

The Barcelona hierarchy have rejected the chance to bring Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho to Catalunya.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have provided an update on the situation.

Media reports began to surface across the continent earlier today that the transfer team at Old Trafford were readying a proposal, which would see Sancho link up with Xavi’s squad this winter.

In return, United would take Raphinha off the hands of Barcelona.

Such an exchange, however, does not interest the latter in the slightest.

As revealed by the aforementioned MD, Sancho is of no interest to Barca, ‘not part of their plans’ for the present or future.

Not only that but it is added that Raphinha, for the time being, is considered ‘untouchable’.

The Blaugrana would only open to the Brazilian’s sale next summer, in the case of a massive offer arriving for his services.

Any such funds would then be reinvested directly into further purchases.
