Manchester United have also been eyeing Dest during this transfer window, but they would need to sell Aaron Wan-Bissaka before they can submit a serious offer.
Barcelona are looking to find a replacement for the 21-year-old American and they are considering to submit a bid for Borussia Dortmund’s Thomas Meunier. However, the German outfit have set a price tag between €15m and €20m, which Barça are not willing to meet.
