Barcelona and Kayserispor have reached an agreement for the transfer of Emre Demir, the club has confirmed.
The 17-year-old will join Barça B next season for €2 million plus variables on a contract until 30 June 2027.
Demir is an attacking midfielder and can also play on the right or left wing. He will remain with Super Lig side Kayserispor for the remainder of 2021/22 season.
The youngster, who previously had a trial at Barça’s La Masia academy in 2017, will become the third Turkish player to sign for the La Liga side after goalkeeper Rustu Recber and midfielder Arda Turan.
