According to Catalan outlet Mundo Deportivo, Jorge Messi and Barcelona will meet on Thursday to finalise the details on Lionel Messi’s new deal with the club.
After this meeting between the player’s father and agent, and representatives of the club, the Camp Nou outfit will be able to announce the agreement with the Barcelona captain.
Messi’s deal will be for five more seasons, according to several reports in July. Barça believe that he will stay for at least two seasons and maybe even a third.
