The transfer team at La Liga giants Barcelona have turned their attentions towards Germany, amid their search for reinforcements for next season.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who have revealed that the Blaugrana are expressing a keen interest in the signing of Bayern Munich star Leroy Sané.
Still unsure of just what the club’s financial situation will look like next summer, the Camp Nou brass are on the lookout for cut-price reinforcements to boss Hansi Flick’s frontline.
LOSC Lille standout Jonathan David has been identified as one potential free agent signing for 2025, ahead of the expiration of his terms in France.
And Sané, also looking increasingly likely to depart Bayern for nothing, has now made his way onto Barcelona’s radar, too.
Deco and co. are expected to seek out reinforcements out wide next summer, after coming up short in their pursuit of Athletic Club standout Nico Williams.
And, as per Sport:
‘Sané has the desired profile of a differential player on the wing. For now, the Blaugrana club is fully informed of his situation.’
