The powers that be at La Liga giants Barcelona have earmarked OGC Nice star Marcin Bulka as a transfer target for the summer of 2025.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who have pointed towards the Pole as a leading option to reinforce the ranks between the posts at the Camp Nou with a view to next season.
Bulka, for his part, has long been making a name for himself as one of the standout goalkeepers in France.
The 25-year-old, however, will next summer enter the final year of his contract with the aforementioned Nice, a club with whom he currently has no intention of penning fresh terms.
Barcelona, as a result, have begun sniffing around the signature of the former Chelsea talent.
As per the aforementioned Sport, the plan of Deco and co. is to seek out long-term reinforcements in goal next summer, when Wojciech Szczęsny’s deal is due to expire, and Marc-André ter Stegen will be in the final stages of his recovery from a long-term injury.
Bulka has in turn made his way firmly onto the radar of the Blaugrana, of the opinion that the Polish international would be ready to immediately compete for a starting berth.
