Barcelona crowd send Ansu Fati message to Hansi Flick vs Young Boys

The home crowd in attendance at Barcelona’s meeting with Young Boys on Tuesday made use of the opportunity to send a message to head coach Hansi Flick, regarding youngster Ansu Fati.

Barcelona, of course, are currently locked in action.

After being condemned to a first La Liga defeat of the season over the weekend, the Blaugrana have turned attentions back towards matters on the continent.

As much comes by way of a Champions League clash with Swiss giants Young Boys.

And, as things stand in Catalunya’s capital, the evening’s hosts are well on their way to a return to winning ways, owing to goals on the part of all of Robert Lewandowski (2), Raphinha, and Iñigo Martínez.

With their side four goals to the good and cruising, those in attendance at Montjuïc, in turn, came together to send a collective request to manager Hansi Flick.

This came in the form of widespread chants of ‘Ansu Fati, Ansu Fati’ – a clear message to Barca’s headmaster to introduce the club’s forgotten winger to proceedings.

And Flick wasted little time in responding to such calls, introducing Ansu to the fray for the game’s final half-hour.
