La Liga giants Barcelona have on Monday announced a new and exciting partnership agreement.
This comes by way of confirmation that the Blaugrana have joined forced with sports supplement manufacturer BioTechUSA.
As per Barca’s statement on the matter:
‘FC Barcelona has signed a partnership agreement with BioTechUSA which makes the sports supplement manufacturer the club’s new Global Partner in the Sports Supplement category.’
BioTechUSA, despite their name, are a Hungarian company, who specialise in premium nutrition product distribution.
They already boast partnerships with over 250 athletes and sporting organisations across the globe, with Barcelona, on Monday, having been added to the list.
Providing an insight into the kind of services which will be afforded to the club by their new partner, Barca explain:
‘Our athletes follow very precise dietary guidelines, and BioTechUSA is committed to meeting these needs by providing the products required to optimise their performance.’
Juli Guiu, Vice President of Marketing at the Camp Nou, announced:
“Taking care of our athletes’ nutrition is a fundamental part of their preparation, so the association with
BiotechUSA is essential to compete at the elite level with all the guarantees. This global agreement means incorporating one of the leading companies in the sector into the Blaugrana club and advancing in studies that will allow us to maximize the capabilities of our players.”
