Tottenham and Barcelona have reached an agreement on a deal for defender Emerson Royal, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 22-year-old will join the Premier League side on a permanent deal for a reported €30 million including add-ons.
Personal terms are still to be agreed. Of the €30 million transfer, 10 percent will go to Real Betis, who had already received €9 million this summer when Barça bought the player back after two seasons on loan.
