Atlético Madrid have four players injured and two suspended for their home match against Granada on Wednesday evening.
João Félix, Thomas Lemar, José María Giménez and Héctor Herrera are all injured. Geoffrey Kondogbia and Felipe are both suspended, which forces Diego Simeone to make several changes.
João Félix, who became a key man in attack for Atlético this season, confirmed on his social media that his season is over.
Simeone could go with a 4-4-2 or 5-3-2 formation.
