Atlético Madrid players Mario Hermoso and Yannick Carrasco have tested positive for COVID-19, the club confirmed on Saturday.
The pair have been in outstanding form for Los Rojiblancos this season, helping Diego Simeone’s team lead at the top of the LaLiga table, with some scintillating performances along the way.
Both players are isolating at home, in compliance with the health authorities’ guidelines and LaLiga protocols.
