Barcelona director Mateu Alemany is in favour of signing the Spain international.
Valencia are offering the 25-year-old a renewal worth €2.8 million net per year, a figure they can afford at Camp Nou. His current deal with Los Che expires in 2023.
Atlético Madrid, Liverpool and Juventus are the other teams interested in Soler. If he signs a new deal at Mestalla his price would be in the region of €40 million.
