Real Madrid star Arda Güler has on Thursday spoken out regarding his relationship with head coach Carlo Ancelotti.
This, of course, comes amid fresh chatter surrounding the situation of the Turk in Spain’s capital.
Güler, for his part, has been tipped for a potential January transfer over the course of recent days.
Amid something of a hit-and-miss opening to the campaign with Real, during which he has continued to struggle in efforts to carve out a prominent role, the 19-year-old has been linked with a loan move to Fenerbahçe.
Such links have given rise to fresh questions when it comes to Güler’s relationship with manager Carlo Ancelotti, too, with the Italian evidently not yet completely convinced of his midfield starlet’s readiness to be a regular starter.
Speaking whilst on international duty with Turkey this week, Güler himself was therefore drawn on his bond with Ancelotti once more.
And the youngster made use of the opportunity to shut down any and all suggestions of discontent on his part:
“There are no problems between me and Carlo Ancelotti. I’m getting more minutes this year. Of course I want to play every game, but that’s normal. Everything is fine. No problems.”
