Andrea Pirlo is on Joan Laporta’s list of possible candidates to replace Ronald Koeman, according to Catalan-based journalist Gerard Romero.
Former club captain and current head coach of Al Sadd, Xavi Hernández, is also on the list as well as Italian head coach Antonio Conte. Phillip Cocu and former Germany head coach Joachim Löw are also reportedly on Laporta’s radar.
Pressure is mounting on Dutch manager Koeman after Barcelona’s 1-1 draw with Granada at Camp Nou and the club’s difficult start to the new season.
