No fewer than nine members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona are expected to take their respective places back in group training on Thursday.
That’s according to Marca, who point towards Barcelona’s international stars as the group in question.
A whole host of members of Hansi Flick’s squad of course departed Catalunya’s capital last week, to link up with their respective nations.
The group of players under the watch of the new Blaugrana coaching staff, in turn, has since been heavily depleted.
On Thursday, though, as alluded to above, nine such players are in line to link back up with the rest of Barca’s squad.
The group in question? Ferran Torres, Dani Olmo, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Pablo Torre, Pau Cubarsí, Lewandowski, Marc-André Ter Stegen, and Jules Koundé.
All are, in turn, expected to be available for selection for the Catalans’ post-international break return to action, a La Liga showdown with city neighbours Girona on Sunday evening.
